QUINTESSENZA are based in Italy and comprise of a classical pianist and string quartet. They are a fusion of classical elements and sensibilities with ambient electronica. The band members have gained their experience in various orchestras and ensembles, performing in various theatres and concert halls around the world.
Steve Norman is the artistic producer & co-executive producer of the project in collaboration with Master Studios in Ancona, Italy.
The tracks were produced and arranged by Steve and Rafa Peletey in Ibiza.
Steve recorded the strings & piano and mixed the tracks with engineer Luca Vittori in Sarnano, Italy.
The CD was later mastered by Tim Young in London.
Collaborators on the CD include Ibiza legend, DJ Pippi, Shelley Preston & Beatmaster G.
In 2006, QUINTESSENZA, performed at the ‘Il Resto Del Carlino’ cultural event with guest appearances by Steve Norman and Shelley Preston.
